EQuiP Newsletter

Dear EQuiP,

The opening of EQuiP from a closed group to an open network at the Paris meeting in April 2012 initiated a request for an EQuiP newsletter, so that we could communication with and to each other.

The first issue was out in September 2013, and now the #2 EQuiP Newsletter is finally here:
