Doktori<\/p>\n<p>a) Trenutni manjak doktora u sustavu zdravstvene za\u0161tite, posebno u primarnoj zdravstvenoj za\u0161titi<\/p>\n<address style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">&#8211; Zanimanje podlo\u017eno javnoj kritici<\/address>\n<address style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">&#8211; Neatraktivno zanimanje za mlade ljude (generacijama)<\/address>\n<p>b) Nepriznavanje stanja jo\u0161 ve\u0107eg manjka doktora u budu\u0107nosti<\/p>\n<address style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">&#8211; Odlazak u mirovinu (postoje\u0107a starosna stuktura u korist \u201estarije\u201c generacije)<\/address>\n<address style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">&#8211; Uskla\u0111ivanje s europskim standardima<\/address>\n<address style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">&#8211; Odlazak u zemlje EU (nakon ulaska Hrvatske u EU)<\/address>\n<address style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">&#8211; Odlazak u privatno poduzetni\u0161tvo<\/address>\n<address style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">&#8211; Odlazak u farmaceutske kompanije<\/address>\n<p>c) Nedostatak kvalitetnog nastavnog kadra<\/p>\n<address style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">&#8211; Odlazak u mirovinu<\/address>\n<address style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">&#8211; Odlazak u privatno poduzetni\u0161tvo<\/address>\n<address style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">&#8211; Nedostatak vremena nastavnika koji su prisiljeni baviti se egzistencijalnim pitanjima<\/address>\n<p>2.
