Stru\u010dni simpozij \u201e2018 ESPCG\u201c odr\u017ean je u Zagrebu od 21 \u2013 22. rujna. Pribli\u017eno 40 hrvatskih lije\u010dnika i kolega iz Europe su tijekom dva dana aktivnog sudjelovanja osvje\u017eili svoje znanje i pro\u0161irili saznanja o rapidno rastu\u0107em problemu \u2013 bolestima jetre.<\/p>\n
Lije\u010dnici obiteljske medicine se prvi susre\u0107u s osobama s asimptomatskom bole\u0161\u0107u jetre. Upravo je zato uloga obiteljskog lije\u010dnika u otkrivanju ovih bolesti izuzetno va\u017ena. Uz postavljanje dijagnoze bolesti jetre, uloga obiteljskog lije\u010dnika je va\u017ena i za provo\u0111enje preventivnih mjera (edukacija i cijepljenje). Tako\u0111er je poznato da se neki poreme\u0107aji jetre mogu sprije\u010diti i\/ili otkriti u ranoj fazi, tako da je jedan od na\u0161ih zadataka i aktivna uloga tra\u017eenja \u010dimbenika rizika. Prevalencija bolesti masne jetre u pretile djece je skoro 20%, a preventivna mjerenja u djetinjstvu bi trebala biti najva\u017eniji cilj u budu\u0107nosti.<\/p>\n
Upoznati smo i sa specifi\u010dnostima skrbi pacijenata u razli\u010ditim zemljama i okolnostima, a sve u svrhu pobolj\u0161anja skrbi za bolesnike s bolestima jetara. U Hrvatskoj, zemlji koja je na imigrantskoj ruti, ali i u pogledu ostalih migracija stanovni\u0161tva, moramo biti upoznati sa svim specifi\u010dnostima koje donosi migracija, \u0161to nam je ovaj simpozij i omogu\u0107io.<\/p>\n
U Hrvatskoj nemamo \u010desto priliku razmijeniti iskustva sa stranim predava\u010dima, posebno na razini primarne zdravstvene za\u0161tite. Vidjeli smo i gdje se Hrvatska nalazi u odnosu na zemlje EU i koji smjer trebamo slijediti.<\/p>\n
Simpozij je bio vrlo uspje\u0161an i nadamo se nastaviti rad s europskim kolegama, obiteljskim lije\u010dnicima.<\/p>\n

The educational meeting \u201e2018 ESPCG\u201c took place in Zagreb, Croatia on 21.-22. september. In two days with active participation of approximately 40 Croatian physicians with collegues from Europe we’ve refreshed old knowledge and expanded the vision of the rapidly rising problem – liver diseases.<\/p>\n
Family medicine doctors first encounter people with asimptomatic liver disease. Therefore, the role of a family physician in detecting these patients is extremely important. In addition to detecting patients with liver disease, an important role of the family physician is also the implementation of preventive measures (education and vaccination). It also became obvious that some liver disorders could be prevented or\/and detected in early stage so active role of searching for risk factors is one of our tasks. Prevalention of fatty liver disease in obese children is almost 20%, and preventive mesures in childhood should be the most important target in the future.<\/p>\n
We were also acquainted with the specifics of patient care in different countries and circumstances, all for the purpose of improving care for patients with liver disease. In Croatia, the country that is on the immigrant route, but also in view of the other migrations of the population, we must be familiar with all the specifics that migration brings, which this symposium has made possible for us.<\/p>\n
In Croatia, we do not often have the opportunity to exchange experiences with foreign lecturers, especially at the level of primary health care. We have also seen where Croatia is positioned in relation to EU countries and what is the direction that we need to follow.<\/p>\n
The meeting was very successful and we hope to continue our work together with European collegues, family doctors.<\/p>\n
