Podjednako se odnose na bolni\u010dku i ambulantnu skrb.<\/p>\n<p>Jo\u0161 od 2007. me\u0111unarodni stru\u010dnjaci Instituta Lucian Leape u SAD-u ukazali su na mogu\u0107e rje\u0161enje i zagovarali duboku promjenu u kulturi zdravstvenih sustava. Predlo\u017eili su pet poluga djelovanja:<\/p>\n<p>1. Medicinsko obrazovanje mora biti redizajnirano kako bi pripremilo nove lije\u010dnike i druge zdravstvene djelatnike da djeluju u tim novim kulturama.<\/p>\n<p>2. Briga za pacijenta se mora provoditi u multidisciplinarnim timovima na integriranim platformama.<\/p>\n<p>3. Zdravstveni radnici moraju raditi u sigurnom okru\u017eenju, u svakodnevnom radu prona\u0107i radost i dublji smisao<\/p>\n<p>4. Pacijenti moraju postati punopravni partneri u svim aspektima osmi\u0161ljavanja i pru\u017eanja zdravstvene za\u0161tite<\/p>\n<p>5. Transparentnost mora biti prakti\u010dna vrijednost u svemu \u0161to radimo<\/p>\n<p>Ovaj putokaz je jo\u0161 uvijek aktualan i u 2019. godini. Veliki je to izazov i treba zapo\u010deti s malim promjenama, koje je lako implementirati u svakodnevnu praksu.<\/p>\n<p>Ovaj video nema druge ambicije osim prikaza nekoliko primjera vrlo jednostavnih, suradljivijih i humanih praksi.
